Applying for a Visa
NSL can help with the general process of applying for a visa. We will provide you with relevant documentation, such as enrolment letters, to confirm that you have enrolled on a course and been accepted. This will state your course dates, number of hours you will be studying (minimum of 15 hours per week to comply with visa regulations) and course fees, along with the total amount that has been paid towards the fees (see terms and conditions).
If you wish to extend your visa when your initial course expires we will help you to apply for an extension. You will need to provide evidence of attendance and progress from your previous course and details of your proposed course. Please see NSL's policy on attendance.
Please note that international students entering the UK on a tourist/visitors visa CANNOT study. They must return to their country and re-enter the UK on the appropriate visa.
