English and work placement
We provide course participants with the opportunity to study English Language, through an English Language course and professional work placement, so enabling them to gain valuable work experience in their chosen field.
Participants
Course participants tend to be students / young professionals (minimum age of 18 years old) with at least a pre-intermediate/intermediate level of English. We expect all participants to be highly motivated and enthusiastic and have some level of experience in their chosen area of work, be it practical or through their studies, so enabling us to provide them with the best possible placement.
Duration
The English Language course will be for a minimum of 2 weeks and the work placement for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Work Placements
Full-time work placements in local companies will be organised to follow the English language course. These placements will have been checked for suitability based on the students' previous experience or line of study. Students will be carefully monitored during their placement and we will be in close contact with the host company. Host companies are not expected to pay participants.
Certificates of Attendance / Progress Reports
Certificates of Attendance and individual progress reports will be provided by nsl on completion of the language course and work placement.
